If you see this error, it indicates that this device is already associated with another account.  Each device can only be connected to one account at a time.  To rectify this, please: 


Option A: Log into the older account and delete the device from the vehicle using the trash can icon.   If you do not remember the password for the older account, use the "forgot password" feature in the app.  You should then login and delete the device.  Once complete, log out of the old account and into the new account.  Go to Devices and add the camera to a vehicle there. (Create a vehicle first, if prompted)


Option B: If you do not remember the previous account details, please contact Customer Care.  We can confirm account ownership based on the device serial number, then delete that camera entry from the account that currently lists it.  Once this is done, you can add it to the new account.
