We understand that at times you may wish to have your data removed from our servers, and we provide the ability to do so. 1st Party Data
We will remove your data from our databases including our online ordering, order fulfillment, any mailing lists to which you may have been subscribed, and any other data we may have collected in the course of providing you with products and/or support.
3rd Party Data
Our website uses 3rd party integrations that may also have access to your data like Shopify and various payment vendors (you would have agreed to use these services by using the website and/or payment methods at checkout, like Shop or PayPal).
When we submit the data removal request to our direct 3rd Party vendors, it will remove your information from our internal systems and also remove your data from these platforms/our online store.
Please note that we do NOT have access to information you may have stored with payment provider apps like Shop and PayPal. To remove data from those providers, please contact them directly.
